What does a credit cover?
Credits measure the processing used for a review. A review may use more or fewer credits depending on the work involved. One credit does not mean one question.
What happens when I run out?
New reviews pause at your allowance. Your account, saved questions, and previous findings remain accessible. Unused credits do not roll over into the next monthly period.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
A lower plan takes effect with your next monthly period. Your current allowance stays the same until then.
What about Enterprise?
